Similarly, the working environment is playing a leading role in the hob satisfaction of the employees of a company(Raziq & Maulabakhsh, 2015). The job satisfaction the employees can be influenced by the personal ability to complete the need of the task, communication with the other person of the organisation, the management process of the organisation. The work environment helps to satisfy the employees on their role in the job. The job satisfaction can be depending on the growth opportunities, cultural background of the company and management style of the company(Liu, et al., 2012). Relation with the supervisor in the organisation is the important factor which influences the job satisfaction of an employee.

Work environment

The working environment refers to the particular place in which any work or project is completed within a given timeframe. Workplaces must have some physical as well as geographical set up. These physical set up implies the building of the office, any construction site, etc. The working environment must be affected by the working culture of the workplace organisation(Card, et al., 2012). There are few aspects which have to be identified by the management of the workplace. These are as follows.

The choice and recruitment of efficient staffs;

The improvement of the communication skills within the organisation;

The comfortless of the workplace; and

The flexibility of the work

On another hand, the performance management is the key factor within the organisation to cheer up the workplace environment. There are few factors like goals, the standards of measures of the performance of the employees, etc. involved in the evaluation of effective performance. As per Raziq & Maulabakhsh, (2015) the performance management process helps to develop a platform in between the employees and the managing supervisor team of any company. This platform is called the stage of communication. The work environment uses to prefer the enhancement of the performance management skills within the organisation(Card, et al., 2012). These initiatives often prefer the enhancement of the quality of the working environment of an organisation.

The conflict between work environment and job satisfaction

Besides, when a proper learning through research is achieved, it will help people to push more to provide better service to the employees. However, this research under review focuses on the impact of work environment on job satisfaction. A favourable working condition automatically creates a working ambience(Hülsheger, et al., 2013).  For example, if a lazy employee falls under a hard working team, he or she will also turn on the efficiency level after the certain time. It is the ambience which creates the spur to work hard and better. On the other hand, if any active employee lands among the group of lethargic employee he or she might lose the enthusiasm to work hard and better(Liu, et al., 2012). A good organisation is always known for its employees and work ambience. In a suitable ambience, the employees would not only work hard, but they would also be eager to share, and a learning atmosphere develops.  For an employee to improve, hard work should be guided by learning, advancement, and eagerness to improve.  Hence, this research meets the need to realise how a healthy ambience influences the employees to perform in a better manner(Raziq & Maulabakhsh, 2015). Motivated employees are the best chance which the organisation can have to meet the goals and objectives.

The working environment is related to the job safety and security, to management style, working hours of the employees, relationship with the co-worker, and esteem requirement, etc. These factors are influencing the job satisfaction factor. Job satisfaction of employees has directly influenced the factors of the worki8ng environment. The working environment can influence the job satisfaction factors including the loyalty of the employee, efficiency and effectiveness of the employees, sense of ownership, the productivity of the overall organisation and level of the commitment(Hülsheger, et al., 2013). In a research study, the researcher shows that job satisfaction is integrated by the economic factors and variables of work environments.  In the model of job satisfaction indicated the different variable of the work environment and psychosocial factors such as social support, workplace and ability to communication with the directly influenced the job satisfaction and it has not raised the dissatisfaction level on their job among the employees of the organisation(Liu, et al., 2012). In the organisation, the capability of the supervisors has to ability interlink with the employees, motivate by the creative thinking and the knowledge of the value of open-mindedness according to the point of view of the worker, etc. As a result, effective and efficient supervision can high the satisfaction level of the employee, and poor communication ability resulted in the high dissatisfaction level among the employees within the organisation(Hülsheger, et al., 2013). The appropriate and efficient attention of the organisation towards the recognition, interpersonal relationship and supervision can increase the job satisfaction level. It was reviewed that the employee who works in the difficult working condition the job satisfaction level of the employees is very low. The organisation required to pay attention to the work environment to establish better condition.

This research rightly focuses on the environment aspect and as it impacts the employee motivation. In fact, their job satisfaction relies heavily on the ambient factor.  It is the sense of satisfaction which the employee must realise once they invest their labour behind the appointed post. Besides, it is the satisfaction level which helps to keep the performance in place for the success of the organisation(Hülsheger, et al., 2013). It is an important issue which an emotion affects an entire organisation and its progress. A satisfied employee is always a blessing to the organisation. However, the organisation who fails to satisfy their employees the hard times have already begun for the organisation(Hülsheger, et al., 2013). Hence, the vital issue is to make sure the employees are satisfied with their job, appraisal, etc. It is indeed a decisive factor which proves the success or failure of an organisation.

The working environment has both positive and negative impact in the mind of the employees of an organisation related to their jobs. According to the researcher, when the working condition is relatively bad the productive condition is proved to be more effective. However, the capabilities and efficiency of the workers would not properly be utilised for the worse working environment in any organisation(Card, et al., 2012). This content represents the effectiveness of respectable and good learning environment on the production process and future performances of any enterprises in this competitive market structure. The good environment represents the relationship between co-workers, supervisors, etc. The workforce of an organisation led to increase in the productivity level and spread motivations among the employees. In this paper, the positive side of working pressure has also been taken into consideration. The point should be notified that the current, as well as the future performances, would be declined with working environmental pressure(Liu, et al., 2012). The financial background of an economy totally depends on the efficiency of its workforces. The skilled, able bodied workforce is the identification of progress of an organisation. The total workforce and productivity are treated as the main developing factors of an economy.

This paper is not concerned about only the productivity level of any kind industry but also its impact on the gross economy. The country would be strong enough to deal with any kind of minor or major problems that prevailing throughout the country. That is why this paper is clarifying the performances of the labourers followed by the internal environment of the organization. Some prediction has also been developed based on the remarkable study papers on these particular issues. According to the research study the employees are treated as the major assets accepts any other crucial factors that influencing the productivity level. There are four influencing factors to the working environment of any organization. The air quality, lighting, noise and color are included in the effective factors that have significant impact on the productivity of employees. Actually there is the presence of psychological factors and physical factors in the organizations related to the previously pointed out factors. On the basis of such vital influencing factors collected from different organization our research paper has been developed. This research paper can be proved to be fruitful for such organizations that are suffering from bad organizational environment. This research content is more concerned regarding what should be the existence of employees in any business environment. They should not be treated as the employees but they should be accepting in the decision-making process of the organization.
