Answer to question 2:

Toyota has done the right thing by manufacturing a car brand for everyone. Toyota has a broad range of product line. They make car models like Corolla, Camry, Land Cruiser, and Lexus. It also manufactures Tundra truck. They consider the customer needs. They act according to that. They manufacture products that can satisfy the customer needs. They try to keep their price lower than their competitors do. Some customer uses a car as a means of transport. Others use it just as a car. Toyota manufactures a car, keeping in view all the needs. They want to satisfy every buyer. The customer ranges from rich to middle class. Therefore, they manufacture cars of different price.  Toyota has a huge market because of their market segmentation. It attracts customers from all domains, increasing the total number of customers. Thus, it can be concluded that Toyota has taken the right decision ("TOYOTA MOTOR CORPORATION GLOBAL WEBSITE", 2009).

Answer to question 3:

Toyota has grown too quickly as they have suggested. The company was found in 1997. Since then it has sold more than three million cars all over the world. They manufacture models like Land Cruiser, Camry, Corolla. Lexus is their luxury car. It also produces trucks like Tundra. In 1995, Toyota had a market share of 7.3%. It reached 13% by 2008. It had to build new plants outside Japan to provide for the added production. They recruited new engineers. They had to shorten the product development cycle. They must take these steps to maintain their production level. For the upcoming years, Toyota needs to retain their product quality. They must undertake strategies to gain competitive advantage. Toyota is famous all over the world due to its product quality. They need to maintain this quality and reliability on an automobile. They must design their products in a unique manner. They must build a good distribution network. They need to deliver the products in time. They can also provide e-support for their customers. For increasing sales, they can try to give some discount. The growing companies can undertake all these mechanisms to solve their quality problems. Along with it, they can opt for a thorough quality check of the product.  This will help them to understand where the problem lies, and they can solve the issues quickly (Perreault, Cannon & McCarthy, n.d.).
