Sustain centrism; ecocentrism and technocentrism are the fruitful paradigms which work on the integrative and articulated. These are consists of the extended community, sustainability of an organisation. The model of Techno centric concept is one of the most dominant views in the today’s world that is the human dominance over the Mother Nature. The paradigm of the ecocentric deals with the nurturing mother nature of life whereas, the model of sustain centric deals with the universalism of the experience. Ecocentrism denotes the nature-centred at the place of human-centred values of the system of organisation. Sustain centrism organisations are the groups of the individual who aim or the actions advanced sustainability. Approaches to the sustainability are changing in the day to day life. Adaptive thinking of sustainability helps in controlling the activities of an organisation accurately. In these days natural capital is far more critical than the organisational economy. Sustainability in the physical capital can help in maintaining the economy correctly but if individual extracts too much amount from nature, it can cause environmental damage, degradation of the money. The global economy has its dependency on the ecosystem services and the natural resources that nature provides for the well being of the individuals. Sustainable development must need to adopt by the organisations to keep up the perfect harmony with nature and its resources besides the financial growth.

The system refers to the procedures and the principles through which some processes are done, schemed or methodical organisational activities occur. System thinking is the understandings of a particular system through the purpose of examining the linkages in between the organisation and the several interactions among the components which comprise the entire portion of the defined order. System thinking can be applied to work through the management discipline. Moreover, this process concerns the understandings of the respective system by addressing the details, ignores and connections. Assessment of the parts as the wholes and comprehensiveness and the wholeness is the other components of the system thinking. By using this thought, an individual can address the links between the capitalism and sustainability.    

Module 6

Sustainability in the adaptive thinking is one of the most significant activities in an organisational sector. This also stimulates the strategic thinking and helps in overcoming the limitations of the reasoning by the process of creating the multiple futures. This journal gives a brief idea of scenario thinking through effective techniques and discusses the selection of the scenes and issues on validation.
