In addition, the companies can also implement the equality culture within the workplace for minimising the discrimination practices (Arnold, 2019). It has been observed that the diversity is mainly grouped into two categories. The important categories of diversity mainly include the gender discrimination, age and race. On the other hand, the optional categories are the education, faith and earnings. The aforementioned discrimination is very common in business firms due to which the companies are facing huge turnover. However, after the impact of globalisation, the business organisations are becoming more conscious about their reputation in the international market. On that note, the firms are implementing strategies like equality along with diversity in order to maintain a positive organisational culture. Furthermore, the competition is also increasing within the global business market in a rapid manner. Therefore, the necessity of implementing equality culture in the organisational culture is increasing. The term equivalent open doors is related with open-minded, rights based, and is settled in comparison of legitimate principles whereby it is outfitted towards expanding the extent of minority and women in senior positions in the workplace (Rajput and Talan, 2017). Diversity variety the executives is somewhat unique and is fairly centred around authoritative activity whereby associations midpoint around esteeming distinction notwithstanding non-segregation and worries on concerning each individual in the working environs paying little heed to their race and gender among dissimilar factors. Associations will unquestionably consent to administrative necessities and have recruitment targets and in this manner bring out dissimilar work environment program leaving out segregation, for example, in UK, the Racial Discrimination Act and Discrimination Act 1975 (Joshi, 2017). In the same context, organizational policies are being created by a company or organization in order to eliminate discrimination from the workplace.

Through the balance it tends to be guaranteed that each person in an association will get same and equivalent open doors paying little heed to their way of life foundation just as various capacities. On that note, I think that every business firm which is operating in the country UK should try to implement the workplace diversity and equality. I think that the term balanced open entryways is connected with liberal, rights based, and is settled in correlation of authentic standards whereby it is furnished towards growing the degree of minority and ladies in senior situations in the working environment. In the same context, I also think that the diversity can also make it difficult for a firm to develop cooperation within the organisation. I believe that a business firm should try to use the diversity and equality strategy for improving the working culture of the employees. I think that equality will also help the minorities in the workplace to get appropriate opportunities to develop their career.
