Identifying and assessing risk related with the business and making plan to mitigate the risk, informing employees policy and procedure which needed to be consider when delivering service, communicating on regular basis to ensure everyone in team work without ambiguity, documentation both electronically and manually of the expenses and income to later evaluate the outcome is vital, informing and training staff about communication, documentation and monitoring to facilitate teamwork in the organization. For any services, their success depend on the leadership quality and teamwork, effective leadership style certify effective team work (Jones and Phillips, 2016).
