Organizational Behavior Theory : Management Concept

Implementation of the OB theory LEFT-Travel Company

The OB theory can be recognized as the organizational behavior theory which allows the managers of the business organization to develop a proper and productive working premise so that the intended rate of profitability can be developed. The OB theory mainly allows the management to develop several concepts which explain the relationship between several groups and individuals of multiple departments of the company.

On the other hand, while discussing the application of OB theatrical perspective within the organizational context of LEFT-Travel Company, it can be stated that it might develop the internal business conditions of the company and allow the hierarchies to undermine the specific changes for enhancing the wiring environment and make the staffs more productive(Griffinet al. 2020). Based on this, the implication of some of the specific components of OB theory are discussed below:

  1. Motivation: It can be understood that organizational motivation can be recognized as one of the essential aspects for encouraging the staff and making them highly productive. On the other hand, the motivation is also integrated along with the OB theory that assists the managers of LEFT-Travel Company to influence the staff while attempting new and enhanced areas of business operations and utilize their own creativity while conducting the allocated tasks.
  2. Organizational commitment: It can be recognized that commitment is a significant act that allows individuals to fulfill the targeted objectives within the time frame. Therefore, in respect of that, the managers need to make the staff more committed to their tasks (Balwant, 2018). The productive behavior of the business organization is also aligned with the psychological values of the staff. The psychological attachment to the tasks and operational behaviors of the staff may develop the organizational culture and may also allow the managers to achieve future targets.
  3. Personality and values: The personality traits are essential for the management of LEFT-Travel Company that might develop a positive working scenario within the organizational premises and also allow the managers to become connected with the staff. The personality traits may also reflect on the working behaviors and approaches of the staff towards the organizational behaviors. As the values and personality traits of the staff have been deeply analyzed by the management, they can become obedient to the basic working principles of the company (Miaoet al. 2020). In some of the contexts, it can be understood that the organizational values can also reflect the attainments and opportunities of the individuals while working in a certain operational structure.

The personality traits of the staff can also allow them to reach higher positions within the organization and they can easily manage to satisfy their primary objectives by working side-by-side with their co-workers.
