Suppose a student after finishing his Ph.D get a new job in a firm. When he arrives at the office he comes to know that a problem is occurring in the firm. This problem is similar as the problem which he solved when he was the Ph.D student. The work he had done as a student is in the patent process now and it will solve a major problem. If he solves the issue of his new company then he could be a hero in that particular company but he chooses not to compromise the patent process at his original institution. This is a thorough example of ethical leadership in the educational setting. If the student wants that attention from his new office then he can sacrifices the ethics in education sector but he gain some popularity in his new office (Dennis, Springbett and Walker 2019). The intellectual patent rules signed between the student and his educational institution holds the main factor here. In this intellectual patent rules if it is mentioned that the student can use his problem with any of the organization he can choose. Then if he solves the problem of his new company no ethical values have been hampered at all but as we do not know the exact rules of the intellectual patent rules it cannot be said that if the student should share the solution of the problems with his new company. As the student does not share the solution with his new company so he maintained the ethical values in the educational leadership. This example has been chosen to illustrate the ethical leadership.

    From the above assignment it can be concluded that ethical leadership is a very important term to maintain in the education sector. If educational organizations follow the ethics then the success is achieved in a very smooth way.
