The most common pragmatic issues which are observed in people is associated with communication, and that different intervention is required for managing the pragmatic issues which are observed by the individual. Intervention which can be considered for resolving the pragmatic issues can be resolved by considering taxonomy methods, and that contingency approach can be considered for managing the intervention process. While dealing with the taxonomy of methods, it was observed that conciliation, consultation,  pure meditation, power meditation, arbitration, and peacekeeping is regarded to be the different forms in which different pragmatic issues can be resolved effectively, and that it also helps in maintaining the military personnel operations, which is important for managing third party intervention activities (Kaufman & Williams, 2016). Pure meditation also helps in developing a negotiated settlement which is important for managing the communicative link, which is required for managing the antagonists, and that it is important for managing the communication and analysis activities, which is required for developing effective human relation skills. It was further observed that conciliation is important for resolving third-party intervention process, which is associated with maintenance of emotional portions of meditation. It was further noted that there exists a dispute which is necessary to be considered.

Subject: Women in conflict transformation

It was observed that women were not provided with equal rights, and if they are included within the similar organization, they observe an issue in obtaining similar pay, observes sexual harassment, along with racism, and that the promotion which is provided to women are also less, in comparison to the promotion which is obtained by women. Though it was observed that for resolving the level of conflict, and for managing the transformation of conflict, women are required for resolving the economic challenges, for understanding the radical and feminist arguments, and women further help in maintaining the line of good practices within the organization. Further, for managing conflict resolution, women tend to maintain a collaborative approach which will help in developing the likelihood of the overall agreement, and that women are considered to be the honest brokers while conducting a negotiation deal (Abrahamyan, Mammadova&Tskhvariashvili, 2018). Further another significant issue because of which women should be included in conflict transformation is that they are capable of considering effective stage mass action, which is important for developing the level of peacemaking, and it also helps in maintaining a negotiation in between the sign accords. It helps in mobilizing public opinions while conducting campaigns, and it also encourages the progress of the campaign.

The relevant concept which is related to women in conflict transformation is that the United Nations Security Council Resolution (UNSCR) 1325, the landmark document reaffirming, which is related to the importance of women participation, along with involving the different levels of security and peace. It was observed that this particular resolution is related to general acknowledgment of the international organization, as it includes the United Nations (UN), and that men and women tend to have their differential experiences, which is important for managing the post-conflict period, as women are capable of considering security and peacebuilding (Yakovenko, 2020). A wide range of informal contributions of women has been noted which is required for resolving conflict, and further helps in developing sustainable peace.

The significant theory which is related to women's inclusion in solving conflict solutions is that of conflict resolution theory, which helps in designing the reframe for peacebuilding initiatives that are important for resolving the ethnic conflict. It has further been noted that conflict resolution helps in considering the outbreak of hostility, which turns out to be contrast and manageable in different underlying conditions, and that it is also possible by women (Ashe, 2019). Women while considering conflict resolution activities helps in developing a pattern of conflictual relationships. Different tools that help in resolving the issue are that of negotiation and meditation. Meditation helps in providing basic ideas regarding the conflict of the different parties, and that it is important for managing third-party authoritative decision-making activity. Furthermore, meditation is considered to be a process of assisted negotiation. Meditation helps in maintaining a structured process, which is related to the interests and needs of the person, and that it is important for adjudication which provides standard results (Ochieng, 2019). On the other hand, negotiation also works effectively in managing conflict resolution, as it helps in developing a settlement between the different parties and also helps them in obtaining a solution, and it completely ensures that the disputants are persuaded.

The recommendations which can be provided for enhancing women in the process of considering conflict transformation is that women are considered to be the honest brokers and that they are capable of organizing cultures in between the different sectarian divisions. Women will also observe the responsibility of conducting stage mass action, which will help in enhancing the overall visibility of employing, which is important for maintaining profile tactics, and they will also be able to recommit the peace negotiations (Tayenjam, 2020). Women will be capable of accessing critical information, regarding the different community networks, which is important for managing the areas of agreement.

The psychological impact of internal armed conflict on women is that it tends to create emotional distress, which in women tends to create healing, resilience and that the capability of women in understanding the cultural capacity tends to be reduced significantly. It was further noted that the number of death tends to be increasing and that the mental health condition has reduced effectively, along with the fact that the overall level of sexual violence is increasing, and the level of malnutrition is rising (Forde, 2018). It was further observed that most of the women were disabled which is related to post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety, and also disorder, which has created emotional effects.

Representation of women at different decision-making levels is likely to be enhanced, as it is important for developing the scope of women as they are ensured with equal human rights and needs to be provided with that. Women need to be provided with equal opportunities as it is important for understanding the specific vulnerabilities actions, and that it is required for reducing the level of vulnerabilities, which is related to frequency and brutality, and the level of societal breakdown can be managed. Further, it was observed that different targeting of women will help them in leading a life with freedom, which will help in reducing the chances of gender-based violence (Putnam & Powers, 2016). It also helps in maintaining the formal cessation of conflict. It was noted that because of not obtaining equal scope in society, peace tends to be reducing and that the level of conflict is increasing significantly. The most significant consideration was that the level of security which is observed by women was reduced and that the sexual violence observed by women was increasing. It was pointed out by United Nations Security Council Resolution 1325 that the scope of women representation needs to be developed and should be included in the decision-making level, which is important for developing the international mechanisms, which is associated with conflict resolution, management, and prevention (Lefort, 2020). The most important aspect which is related to women's engagement is that different prospects need to be maintained, which is related to the development of sustainable peace, and it helps in marginalizing the activities.

Gender equality is one of the most important reproductive choices which helps in developing the lifestyle of the individuals. Gender equality will provide the women with reproductive rights, and that the women should be provided with equal pay in comparison to that of women, and that the healthcare facility for women will be developed while reducing the chances of domestic violence over women. The most important determinant which equality is likely to be provided to women is that it will help in developing the level of peace, as human trafficking along with legal protections will be observed by women, and the country's likelihood will be enhanced(Witt & Balfe, 2016). Racial discrimination will be resolved and that the overall economy and the conditions of the business will be developed. The need to include women within the society, and in all the areas of decision making is observed because the women are turning out to be a specific target segment upon which attack of the dominant society is observed, and they are turning out to be susceptible to marginalization, women are further facing the consequences of the poverty and that the sufferings which are recorded on the basis of endangered armed conflict which is recorded.

Though, it was observed that women have higher contributions, and have further provided different transformative ideas, which has provided higher benefits towards the community. It was noted that women are capable of managing the activity while maintaining a collaborative approach related to peace-making, and that women themselves help in organizing the overall demographics, which cannot be conducted by men alone, and that it is important for developing the long-term stability of the business organization so that the chances of conflict onset and poverty tend to be reducing (Ferim& Kaya, 2018). The women of Palestinian and Israeli have obtained success in developing coalitions within the national, religious and ethnic lines of managing the nonviolent efforts, which has ensured women with a higher level of security and has further ensured women with basic services. Another significant example of obtaining success by women is observed in the board of Syrian negotiations, in which women have resolved the contentious issues, which are related to political, religious, and ethnic backgrounds.

Women from different departments and levels have provided the business with success and have helped in developing an integration between the different communities. Northern Ireland women were provided with respect to be the honest brokers, as they have obtained the identity of obtaining a representation of the different communities, which has developed another scope of managing to back-channel conversation and for a similar reason, the women of Philippines is provided with a higher level of trust, as they observe better capability than men in developing the chances of inter-ethnic alliances along with preserving it, and the tensions of Mindanao conflict has been escalated (Ruble, 2018). Women groups significant has the power of developing the awareness level of people, as they can conduct the campaign and public marches in a more formative way and they are further capable of carrying out the negotiation and meditation processes. Women while managing the meditation process is capable of installing interactive communication in between the disputants, and they further encourage active meditation, which helps in cultivating the willingness of developing cooperation.
