Business case Analysis
In the business case analysis, this can be seen that the phone4U, which is located in Shanghai and the doing their business as a mobile phone manufacturing company (Schaltegger,2016). They need to have the clear identification of their manufacturing data as well as the customers response data which will help them in the identifying the limitingand the challenges which they are facing.
With the collected data as this can be analysed that their sales and the custom case study shows that the ratio of their sales us quite lower than the sum of custom which they are paying. On the other hand they have also lowered down the value of their pricing which is not enough to raise their selling graph(Fabus,2018).
Raw data analysis
Analysing the raw data one can see that the total of the 20100 orders have been sold out in the minimal span of 4 series which is quite not enough tomake good profit. As this becomes clear from the given table the sum of custom or the standard case is nearly about the 300 that can crate a lot of problem for the company in future (Akhmetshin,2017).

Values curve analysis
With the analysis of the value curve this can be seen that companyhas launched theirproducts in different variants which is enough to add values in their products but due to the marking policy and lower customer response they arefacing so much issues. As per the demand and requirement of the customers, they are hardly able to fulfil all the requirements. On the other hand they have also mentioned about their features which becomes clear with this value curve, this might help them in sustaining their business (Seo,2016).
Purchase intent
As per the purchasingintent of the customers this canbe said that m although company is trying hard to attract their customers in the international as well as in local market but they need more effort. To enhance their business scenario they need to have the perfection and clear identification of the likes and dislikes of the customers. From the analysed data as this can be seen that more than 63% of the customers are in need of good products in economical process, company need to focus on this point so that they can gain competitive advantages.
Conclusion
Business associations needs to have a paper investigation of every single parts of their business procedure. To structure their future arranging and to investigation the presentation of the organization it become extremely imperative to have the characterized and away from of information identified with their business, buying and different things.
